Job summary

Equinox Group is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to warmly greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist with inquiries in a premium fitness club environment. This role emphasizes outstanding service, reliability, and clear communication across departments to maintain a welcoming experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service, be energetic and friendly, and able to stand and assist with basic club operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.

• Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Ability to tour members.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

• Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing for long periods of time, sitting, constantly walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height
• Must be able to perform pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs at a time

PAY TRANSPARENCY

$17.87 per hour
