Job summary

Edge Fitness, LLC is hiring for a front desk role focused on member experience, welcoming members warmly, answering questions, and guiding fitness program options. You will greet members with energy, help them navigate memberships, and build positive, lasting relationships aligned with our “Changing Lives” mission.

You’ll collaborate with the Facilities team to keep the club looking sharp, while contributing to monthly sales targets through our fitness programming and amenities.

• Cooperate with the Front Desk team on daily and monthly club and individual sales targets by connecting our members to results through our fitness programming, retail products, and club amenities while staying motivated, hands‑on, and fully committed to the team’s success.
