Emler Swim & Gym in Fort Wayne is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet families, manage enrollments, and support swim instructors. You will guide parents through registrations, answer questions, and keep the front desk running smoothly with a cheerful, organized approach.

This role requires evenings and weekend shifts, with training from day one and opportunities for growth in customer service and leadership within a fun, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
• Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
• Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
• Learning our swim curriculum so you can confidently guide families through the process
• Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
• Working a consistent schedule that includesevenings and weekends
• Staying active on the job - think of it as your gym replacement! You will be on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment

Your Schedule:

• Set shifts that includeevenings and weekends
• Great hours for students and part-timers
• Want extra hours or variety in your day? You will get priority for extra shifts if you are open to cross-training as a swim instructor!

Pay Range

USD $11.50 - USD $15.50 /Hr.
