Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, check them in, answer questions, and process transactions, creating a welcoming and motivating environment as soon as guests arrive.

You will maintain a tidy front desk, support club programs, and foster member engagement while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional fitness experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organized and punctual, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Interest in building a career in fitness with future opportunities as Personal Trainer or Membership Manager.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification within 30 days.
