Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, handle inquiries, and promote services at the front desk. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while processing payments and sharing information about memberships and promotions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of retail customer service experience or 1 year in fitness, plus a high school diploma. This on‑site role involves a flexible schedule and teamwork in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with prompt, knowledgeable assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift and assist with tasks as needed.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts to customers, and drive revenue by promoting products and promotions.
• Answer customers' questions and provide accurate information regarding store procedures and policies.
