Planet Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Associate in Stamford, CT. You will greet members, manage check-ins, answer phones, promote memberships and special offers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of in-person customer service experience, are 18+, and can handle payments with accuracy. This role offers a part-time schedule with benefits including health options and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• Discuss your availability with the Hiring Manager; open or flexible schedule is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
