Scenthound Scottsdale Shea is seeking a Dog Bather (SCENT Tech) to deliver hands-on hygiene and wellness services for dogs. You will focus on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, working closely with your team to ensure each dog receives quality care while maintaining cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression.
• Follow S.C.E.N.T. Checks to deliver high-quality care.
• Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with the team to complete services efficiently and on schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18–$24/hour (base + tips)
• 30–40 hours/week
• 3–4 days/week, typically 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM

About The Role

As a Dog Bather (SCENT Tech), you’ll deliver hands‑on hygiene and wellness services that keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure every dog receives high‑quality care while maintaining a clean, organized, and stress‑free environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression
• Follow Scenthound processes to deliver consistent, high‑quality care
• Complete S.C.E.N.T. Checks and record health indicators
• Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to complete services efficiently and on schedule
