Reports to: General Manager

Compensation: 22-27/hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 11pm to 7:30am, occasional floating shifts may be available

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and general information
  • Direct incoming calls, emails, and package deliveries
  • Monitor lobby activity to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Support leasing, operations, and event coordination tasks as needed
  • Maintain records and logs with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with vendors and building staff for service and access needs
  • Represent the property’s brand standards and uphold a high level of customer service
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, residential, or front desk roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using new software, email, and basic MS Office tools
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability - weekends are a must and holidays as needed
