What You Need From a Part-time Front Desk Associate

We’re seeking someone who brings:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a hotel environment or a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

What You Will Do As Our Front Desk Associate

You are the face of the hotel, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality. Your role includes giving every guest a warm welcome and ensuring they enjoy a seamless and pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. You will manage guest information, handle room assignments, answer inquiries, and assist with any needs or concerns to guarantee an excellent experience for all guests.

When You'll Work
  • Part-time status
  • This position requires flexibility; you may work various shifts, including a swing shift, the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and two to three nights a week
  • Be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
