Crunch Fitness in Knoxville is hiring a Front Desk Associate at the NEW Bearden Club. You will be the first and last impression of the Crunch brand, delivering high-energy service and driving membership sales in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable, and customer-focused, with experience in sales or customer service; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. This role offers growth into leadership and ongoing training within a rapidly expanding brand.
