Job description

Open availability required on weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $15 to $16 an hour based on experience and availability.

Nationally: $13.00 - $16.00

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Front Desk Associate.

What will you be doing most days?

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as throughout their stay
  • Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Handle all financial transactions securely, accurately, and with integrity, including credit card and cash payments
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond to maximize their experience
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer-focused environment

Physical Requirements for this Position

This position is physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding area is required.
