Scholar Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for part-time roles with flexible shifts. You will greet guests, process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and provide information about the hotel and local area to ensure guest satisfaction.
You will maintain guest records, assist with billing, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver outstanding service. Prior customer service experience and English proficiency are required.

SUMMARY
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for attending to the needs of guests and ensuring the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.
