Job summary

CoralTree Residence Collection is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Breckenridge, CO to warmly greet arriving guests and assist with check-in/check-out, while promoting hotel services and amenities. You will provide information and create authentic experiences for guests in a premium resort setting.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with colleagues to relay guest feedback.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play an integral role in creating distinct and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes to ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel services and amenities, promoting the unique offerings of our property.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The hourly wage for this position is $22.00/hourly.
