Front Desk Agent - Crowne Plaza College Park

Job Details
  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
  • Promptly, accurately, and efficiently post all charges.
  • Have complete working knowledge of front office computer or manual systems, including all daily transactions and less frequent tasks.
  • Manage cash handling accurately, including receiving payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, and making correct change.
  • Review reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
  • Understand hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
  • Be knowledgeable of reservation procedures, including how to take same-day reservations efficiently, and follow cancellation and relocation procedures when necessary.
