Location:

Located in Beachwood, Ohio, our hotel provides easy access to local attractions and is proud of its TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. We aim to build on our success by hiring the best in the business.

Position Overview:

This is a 1st shift position working from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with scheduling based on guest needs, including weekends. Starting pay is $15/hour, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and uniform allowances.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
  2. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  3. Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
  5. Provide accurate hotel information.
  6. Process payments and manage cash transactions.
  7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
  8. Promote teamwork and a friendly work environment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Customer service passion with a positive attitude.
  4. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  5. Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
  6. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
  7. Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  8. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is $15, based on experience and qualifications.
