Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Saint Augustine, FL. You are the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and have opportunities across our nationwide portfolio. The role requires English communication, a customer‑first attitude, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
