Description

We are looking for people that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. Role Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing our guests with the best hospitality experience by:

  1. Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  2. Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
  3. Promptly and effectively addressing guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
  4. Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
  5. Handling guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
  6. Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  7. Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
  8. Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  9. Knowing hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Starting wage: $15+/hour

Education and Experience:

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing at the front desk, up to 8 hours at a time.
