HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Lexington, KY is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service during check-in and check-out. Ideal candidates have hotel or customer service experience, are eligible to work in the United States, and can communicate effectively in English.

Job description

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Friendly and attentive face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
  • Daily tasks: checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
  • A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
