Daily Responsibilities of a Guest Services Agent
  • Check-in Owners/guests and review property amenities, services, and local activities
  • Respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues
  • Explain room features and assist with guest needs
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Answer and route phone calls appropriately
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties if required
Guest Experience and Company Standards
  • Greet and anticipate guest needs
  • Interact professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications to Become a Guest Services Agent
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Background and drug screening may be required
  • Job duties may vary by property and team size
