Courtyard Erie Bayfront Hotel, operated by White Lodging, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to support both the 2nd shift and Night Audit in a hybrid on-site role. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, check-in/out, and assist with audits while delivering friendly, guest-focused service.

The role requires flexibility to work 2:00 PM–11:00 PM and overnight shifts, including weekends. Full-time benefits, DailyPay, and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive team culture.

Summary:

The Courtyard Erie Bayfront Hotel is seeking an ambitious, friendly and exceptional individual to join our team supporting the Front Desk in a unique Hybrid role. This team member would work a combination of hours as both 2nd shift front desk agent as well 3rd shift night audit. This team member will be someone whoembodies exceptional hospitality—someone who feels good by making other people feel good, prioritizing care, service, and creating positive experiences for guests and others.

Must have flexible working hours between 2nd Shift (3p-11p) and Overnight (11p-7am). Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner
• Understand and consistently follow all cash handling and accounting procedures including hotel credit and check cashing procedures
• Develop thorough knowledge of hotel staff, services, hours of operation, room locations, rates, amenities, and surroundings
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information
• Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned

As Night Audit

• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds.
• Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run various audits and reports, and record all revenues and statistics accurately.
• Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as standard reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
