Position Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests in a courteous and efficient manner, handling inquiries, check-in/out, and reserving rooms.

Essential Functions
  1. Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  2. Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality
  3. Dealing promptly and effectively with guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  4. Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following cash handling procedures
  5. Handling guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
  6. Being knowledgeable of hotel brands and programs (travel programs, special offers)
  7. Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
  8. Responding quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
  9. Knowing hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  2. Experience in customer service or guest-related positions
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar applications
  4. Experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role (preferred)
  5. Experience with PMS, Quore, PBX, and related systems (preferred)
  6. Fluent in English
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and perform under pressure
