Role Description

The Front Desk Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Coral Gables, FL. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting guests and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing check-in and check-out processes in a professional and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, responding to inquiries in person and via phone or email, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience. The Front Desk Agent also maintains a tidy and organized reception area, processes payments and documentation accurately, and follows company procedures for safety, confidentiality, and issue resolution. This position requires a customer-focused mindset and consistent, reliable presence at the front desk.
