Job summary

The Harbor View Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Fall/Winter season through May 2027. Join our luxury team to deliver exceptional guest service, welcoming guests at arrival and supporting their stay.

You will work 40 hours per week, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include low-cost shared housing and free shift meals for team members.

What you will do:

• Ensures the guest experience is seamless during the arrival and departure process and throughout the stay.
  
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
• Strong verbal communication skills in order to accurately follow instructions
• Commitment to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
