Job Overview

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience for guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and hospitably.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all guests are checked in/out efficiently and follow up post-check-in to enhance guest satisfaction.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions.
  3. Receive and document all incoming mail during shifts.

Qualifications

Physical & Environmental Demands
