Join the Front Line of Hospitality at Sleep Inn Allentown!

Position: Front Desk Agent (Hospitality Rockstar)
Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM | 3 PM – 11 PM (Flexible availability preferred)

Looking for a job where every shift makes a difference? Whether you're welcoming business travelers or families visiting Dorney Park, you’ll be the face of Sleep Inn Allentown — delivering a smooth, friendly, and polished guest experience from check-in to check-out.

No experience? No problem. We’re more interested in your attitude than your résumé. If you’re reliable, ready to learn, and want to work in a welcoming, fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

At the Front Desk:

  • Be the first smile guests see — check them in, check them out, and help them feel at home

  • Handle questions, feedback, and special requests like a pro

  • Answer calls, give the lowdown on hotel amenities, nearby eats, and must-sees

  • Collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly

  • Manage transactions and operate your own cash drawer

  • Lend a hand with setting up or replenishing our breakfast area

Light Housekeeping Tasks:

  • Restock towels, toiletries, and guest supplies at the desk

  • Keep public areas (lobby, elevator, hallways) neat and tidy

  • Pitch in with the laundry to keep things fresh for the next day

  • Assist housekeeping when needed — we’re all in this together

What We’re Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Friendly communication and people skills

  • Basic tech skills (you’ll be using a computer and phone)

  • Ability to multitask and hustle independently or with a team

  • Someone who gets that we’re running a business — and wants to be part of its success

  • A great attitude and willingness to learn on the job

You’ve Got This If You Can:
  • Stand on your feet for most of your shift

  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs (helping with laundry, restocking, etc.)

  • Be flexible with scheduling — we rotate and support each other
