Position: Front Desk Agent (Hospitality Rockstar)
Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM | 3 PM – 11 PM (Flexible availability preferred)
Looking for a job where every shift makes a difference? Whether you're welcoming business travelers or families visiting Dorney Park, you’ll be the face of Sleep Inn Allentown — delivering a smooth, friendly, and polished guest experience from check-in to check-out.
No experience? No problem. We’re more interested in your attitude than your résumé. If you’re reliable, ready to learn, and want to work in a welcoming, fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
At the Front Desk:
Be the first smile guests see — check them in, check them out, and help them feel at home
Handle questions, feedback, and special requests like a pro
Answer calls, give the lowdown on hotel amenities, nearby eats, and must-sees
Collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
Manage transactions and operate your own cash drawer
Lend a hand with setting up or replenishing our breakfast area
Light Housekeeping Tasks:
Restock towels, toiletries, and guest supplies at the desk
Keep public areas (lobby, elevator, hallways) neat and tidy
Pitch in with the laundry to keep things fresh for the next day
Assist housekeeping when needed — we’re all in this together
A high school diploma or equivalent
Friendly communication and people skills
Basic tech skills (you’ll be using a computer and phone)
Ability to multitask and hustle independently or with a team
Someone who gets that we’re running a business — and wants to be part of its success
A great attitude and willingness to learn on the job
Stand on your feet for most of your shift
Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs (helping with laundry, restocking, etc.)
Be flexible with scheduling — we rotate and support each other
