Bear Creek Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly Front Office professional to greet patients, answer phones, and manage appointments in our Dallas office.

You will verify insurance, update patient records, and handle a variety of administrative tasks, serving as the friendly first impression for all visitors.

No healthcare background is required; training is provided to support a smooth patient experience across our 11 locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with strong spoken and written communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and answer phones with a friendly attitude.
• Confirm and schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance information for patients.
• Update and maintain patient records with accuracy.
