Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking a Front Crew member to ensure a positive dining experience by taking orders, delivering friendly service, and operating a POS system. You will help maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment and support daily operations in a fast-casual setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Food Handler Card, basic math and strong English communication skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility for part-time or full-time shifts.

Job Overview: Job Summary: As a Front Crew at Ono Hawaiian BBQ, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote marketing promotions, and new product items to customers.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling payment, serve food to customers.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Physical Demands

Environmental Conditions

• The kitchen area can be hot, and the noise level is typically high.
• The walk-in refrigerated area is extremely cold.
• You will be working around kitchen equipment and tools.
