Job summary

A beauty service provider seeks a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming environment and ensure high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, maintaining organization, and recommending products. Successful candidates will have guest service experience, preferably in a salon or retail environment, and must be available evenings and weekends. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience required.
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Preferred experience in a salon environment.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized schedule and ensure store standards.

• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment that maintains and exceeds standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
