Job summary

Talento Services in Frisco, TX is seeking a Delivery Associate for full- or part-time roles. Earn $21.25–$22.25 hourly with company vehicle provided and no CDL required. Paid training, overtime, health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and other benefits offered.

Shifts typically 9am–6pm, 8–10 hours daily, 7 days a week with weekends required; must pass drug screening and be able to drive to Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age
• Driver's license
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• English language proficiency
• Ability to commute to Frisco, TX

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle.
• Use handheld device for routing and customer information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Load and unload packages for delivery.
• Lift packages up to 50 lb.
• Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs during the shift.
• Maintain a customer‑obsessed attitude with on‑time delivery and a smile.
