Job summary

J.Crew Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to support store teams, assist at the cashwrap, and help maintain presentation standards for an exceptional shopping experience.

You will join a team that values inclusivity and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning customer assistance, product handling, and area maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Support associates to exceed customer expectations.
• Respond to customers in the moment and partner them with other associates as needed.

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
