Job summary

Ellore Senior Living, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a friendly Server to enhance residents' dining experiences. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests, and supporting dining area operations.

No experience required and will train the right candidate. Must be 16+ with a work permit; high school diploma or equivalent. Great benefits and opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Ensure proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
