Barefoot Hide A Way Grill in Panama City Beach, FL is hiring friendly servers to join our casual dining team. As a Server, you will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience.
