Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking servers to deliver genuine hospitality and a memorable dining experience. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

As a server you will guide guests through the menu, provide attentive, friendly service, and work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior server experience is not required, but alcohol certification and Serve Safe are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus!
• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests.
• Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
