Northern Tap House in Lakeville, MN is seeking friendly servers to join our team. You will provide attentive service from greeting to goodbye, guide guests through the menu, and deliver orders with a focus on an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’ll happily train the right person.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to make every guest feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly attentive service from the first greeting to the final thank you.
• Guide guests through the menu and recommend items including craft beers and cocktails.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming dining room.
• Work closely with teammates to create memorable dining experiences.
