Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a School Housekeeper in Minnesota to maintain a clean and safe environment for children. You’ll clean classrooms, floors, restrooms, and common areas, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety procedures to ensure a healthy facility for kids and families.

Requirements include at least one year of janitorial experience or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and English communication with children and parents.

Qualifications

• At least one year of janitorial experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Ability to work safely around cleaning chemicals, dust, and noise.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of classrooms, floors, restrooms, and hallways.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely per instructions.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and waste according to policies.
