Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions including cash and cards.
• Maintain a clean store environment including shelves, displays, and product arrangement.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Follow procedures for handling cash, coupons, and discounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products including new arrivals and promotions.
• Keep track of expiration dates and remove expired items.
• Follow food safety and handling procedures for perishable items.
• Collaborate with team to open/close store operations and address customer concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Assist with cleaning duties such as sweeping and sanitizing surfaces.
