Job summary

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong arithmetic and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Bilingual abilities are a plus and celebrated by Lowe's.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic required.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer and inputting/modifying information.
• Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted and up to 15lbs with/without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
