Lowe’s cashier position welcomes part-time team members who provide quick, friendly checkout experiences and help customers get the best value. You’ll handle payments, assist with exchanges, and support other departments as needed to keep our stores running smoothly.

If you enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced environment, this role fits well with our busy retail floor. Training and growth opportunities are available and benefits are offered for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Experience using a computer or POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Deliver fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Assist customers at self-checkout.
• Scan and bag items accurately.
• Manage cash register, payments and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful service.
• Maintain clean, safe workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
