Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile, learning their names, and going out of your way to make every visit a great one.
• Operate the cash register accurately, scanning product and processing all payment types including cash, checks, credit cards, coupons, and other tender types.
• Count back change, issue receipts, and provide cash refunds or credit memorandums as needed.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise, clean shelves, understand shelf tags, and assist customers to items when requested.
• Maintain register area cleanliness and report any cash discrepancies or issues.
