Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Enjoy helping people and providing great service
• Comfortable learning and using technology
• Listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting and standing for extended periods

• Create welcoming, memorable checkout experiences that leave a lasting impression
• Use Meijer systems to complete transactions efficiently and accurately

• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
