You’ll be the last touchpoint a customer has before leaving our store, using Meijer systems to complete transactions with accuracy and care. This role supports a fast-paced team and helps ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Able to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable on Meijer programs and promotions to best assist customers.
• Create welcoming checkout experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Use Meijer systems to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash and payments responsibly, with attention to detail.

• Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with care.
