Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the check lane.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Operate POS system and handle cash, checks, cards, SNAP/EBT, WIC, coupons.
• Follow loss prevention and company policy on restricted items.
• Report pricing discrepancies and follow store policies.
• Maintain food safety and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
• Handle difficult situations calmly.
