Job summary

IHOP is hiring servers in our Arkansas restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve meals to ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience for every guest.

Benefits include weekly pay, tips, flexible schedule, health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts. You must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform routine tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift at least and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
• IHOP Servers are also required to perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor following governmental and company policies.
