Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates is an American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Certified specialty dental office serving infants, toddlers, pre-teens, and teens across the Twin Cities, including St. Paul, Fridley, North Oaks, and Eagan. Who We Are Looking For

Responsibilities

• Present the patient to the doctor.
• Clean the patient's teeth.
• Apply fluoride treatments.
• Take, expose, and develop digital radiographs (bitewings, panoramic).
• Provide hygiene and diet education.
• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures in-office or hospital.
• Take impressions.
• Schedule follow-up exams.
• Review schedule to ensure appropriate appointment scheduling.
• Set up and tear down dental chairs and operatory rooms.
• Discuss treatment plans during parent consultations.
• Clean and sterilize instruments.
• Perform lab work.
• Restock supplies in rooms and sterilization area.
• Help decorate the office for birthdays and holidays.
• Maintain infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Write letters to be sent to referrals.
