Ideal candidate has 3–5+ years general dentistry, Tennessee license, implants comfort, and ability to work independently in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• 3–5+ years experience in general dentistry.
• Comfortable placing implants.
• Ability to work independently in a steady-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols.
