Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Experience preferred (but mentorship is available for the right candidate).
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications.

• Diagnose and treatment plan with confidence.

• Continue developing clinically through CE.
