Ring Container Technologies is seeking a dedicated operator for weekend night shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm–6:00am) to run production equipment safely and document results. The role emphasizes quality control, changeovers, and proactive maintenance within a clean, climate-controlled facility.

The starting rate is $23 per hour with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications; benefits begin after 30 days, and vacation accrues after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate ideas and problems to staff.
• Willingness to participate in plant improvement teams.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently; maintain documentation.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Complete operator checklists and participate in changeovers.
• Monitor quality, SPC data, and deviations; report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area per Master Schedule.
