Job summary

Willow Canyon High School in Surprise, AZ seeks a 26/27 Boys Freshman Wrestling Coach for the part-time, non-benefited position. Reports to the Assistant Principal of Athletics; requires valid Arizona teaching or coaching certification, or NFHS Level 1 certification, and coaching experience.

Responsibilities include coaching student athletes, organizing the program, and upholding ethical standards and confidentiality while collaborating with staff and the community.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona teacher certification, or Arizona coaching certification, or NFHS Level 1 Certification (Head/Varsity position requirement).
• Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.

Responsibilities

• Coach student athletes in area of assigned responsibility.
• Organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Establish and maintain rapport with students, staff, and community.
• Maintain high ethical behavior and confidentiality.
