Job summary

Dysart Unified School District is seeking a dedicated athletics coach to guide student athletes across assigned sports. You will coach, organize and supervise a total sports program while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates possess an Arizona teacher or NFHS coaching credential, with prior coaching success in the sport, and you will collaborate with students, staff and the community to foster positive athletic experiences.

Qualifications

• Arizona teacher certification or NFHS coaching certification is required for Head/Varsity positions.
• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching and NFHS Heat Illness Prevention required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach student athletes in area of assigned responsibility.
• Organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Other job related duties as assigned.
