Qualifications

• Knowledge of fundamental skills of basketball.
• Previous basketball coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters.
• Excellent rapport with high school students.
• Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills.
• Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and supervise all aspects of the Freshman Boys Basketball program.
• Ability to work in an economically, culturally and racially diverse environment.
